We love to send your package. This is, in short, the philosophy that accompanies us every day. Before we entered the online business, we were of the opinion "This can't be that difficult". There we have made a huge mistake. Today, after 10 years of experience, we have learned that just the following points make our Onlineshop to a premium mail order company:
- We only use cardboard boxes, adhesive tape and filling material "Made in Germany"
- Chips made of vegetable starch, paper or corrugated board are used as filling material
- We speak with our customers at eye level
- All products are shipped packed (e.g. no postage labels directly on canisters)
- Before all products are packed too tightly in a package, we prefer to use a larger box and more filling material - this saves CO² and trouble due to returns
- We do not charge additional fees for payment methods
- The online store is never finished. The contents are alive, we are constantly working on innovations, improvements and design
- We will not try to convince you to buy from us or in retail stores, so you will never find the word "Black Friday" or a big discount campaign with products at knock-down prices
